1 out of 5 starsCommunication is not great and fast was told she would have it completed and I’m still waiting for it and i messaged asking about it and never heard from her .. so I will probably never buy from this shop again . I asked if there was anything else I needed to do and was never told any different ... and now it’s too late to get Christmas cards out !!!!

Sadly, in order to have photos placed, customers must purchase the "Place My Photos" listing. Otherwise, the template is automatically sent as an instant download and marked as complete, meaning it doesn't show up in the list of orders needing to be completed. This customer did not read the item title, description, or store announcement. She was expecting something she hadn't purchased. What she did purchase was automatically delivered to her in an instant download.
